Taikoo Sugar was established in Hong Kong in 1881. For over a century, Taikoo Sugar has embraced quality and innovation in its products and is a leading producer of high-quality sugars and spices. Taikoo’s unrefined sugars are naturally processed by simply pressing out, cleaning, and crystallising the juice from sugar canes that are imported from Mauritius. The resulting product is a soft brown sugar that is both moist and fine-grained. It retains a large amount of natural cane molasses during the production process, imparting a deep colour and richness of flavour.
