Kimlan Soy Sauce 金蘭 醬油

Kimlan Foods is a Taiwanese food product manufacturer headquartered in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. As of 2008, they are the largest soy sauce producer in Taiwan. Kimlan's Soy Sauce has the consistency and colour of espresso and is thick enough to leave a slick on your fingers. The salt level is moderate, similar to a dill pickle. Kimlan's Soy Sauce steams soybeans, roasted wheat, and Australian sea salt, before fermenting the mix for six months. The resulting sauce has an aromatic bean aroma with a faint sweetness and solid depth of flavour.
