Buenas Nata de Coco Coconut Gel in Syrup (Red)

Buenas produce a wide range of Filipino food products. Their Nata de Coco Coconut Gel in Syrup (Red) is a jar of Nata De Coco blocks, a chewy, glutinous, jelly-like dessert made from coconut gel. These translucent blocks have a mellow flavour, largely derived from their coconut water base. This particular variety is coloured a vibrant red. Either eat on their own or add them to ice cream or another pudding as a garnish.
