Buenas Nata de Coco Coconut Gel in Syrup (Green)

Buenas produce a wide range of Filipino food products. Their Nata de Coco Coconut Gel in Syrup (Green) is a jar of Nata De Coco blocks, a chewy, glutinous, jelly-like dessert made from coconut gel. These translucent blocks have a mellow flavour, largely derived from their coconut water base. This particular variety are coloured an eerie green. Either eat on their own or add them to ice cream or another pudding as a garnish.
